Workplace communication on strategy and values
We assisted the corporate communications team of a large Finnish listed company in the content production of an updated strategy. Our tasks included preparing presentation materials and summarizing the main messages, as well as writing strategy-related intranet articles based on interviews. As part of the strategy, the company's values were also updated.
Intranet guide for the Fiskars Group new headquarters
The goal of the website was to familiarize the personnel with the office and the new ways of working, to tell about new solutions and services, and to provide information about the neighborhood of the office. We made the page layouts and illustrated them with illustrative drawings at the beginning, so that the testers of the site had the opportunity to evaluate the overall functionality as well.
Renewing workplace communications
Due to strong growth, an IT company needed a clear plan and practices for its workplace communication. We clarified the roles of different communications channels, revised content production practices and broadened the scope of content producers. A particular focus was placed on strategic communications, with the aim of making it long-lasting and regular.
Communicating acquisition and integration at MacGregor
MacGregor was preparing the largest acquisition in its history. A strong investment was needed in integration planning and implementation to ensure that the companies would really merge together, and communications was seen as an important driver here. Our expert joined the cross-functional integration team and handled communications from the announcement of the acquisition to the completion of the merger and the initial stages of integration.
Strategy into everyday work at Helkama Bica
The company had renewed its strategy and wanted to communicate its focus areas and future direction to personnel in Finland and abroad. We assisted the management in summarising the extensive strategy material and crystallizing the main messages into a format that is easy to understand and suitable for workplace communications. The outcome was a coherent and visual presentation in Finnish and English to support the strategy story.

A variety of contents for the Ministry
We have produced presentation material, infographics, articles, and entire publications for the projects of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Among other things, we have edited the content and coordinated the graphic look of the Collaboration and division of labor publication (in Finnish), which summarizes the roadmap for the growth strategy of research and innovation activities in the health sector. We have also put together a presentation on the goals and measures of innovative public procurement included in the government program.
Content creation for the Centre for Occupational Safety
We have been producing a variety of content for the Centre for Occupational Safety in Finland for a long time, and have been involved in the preparation of their action report for the past six years. We have also produced safety manuals for the Centre for Occupational Safety, for employees of ski resorts and golf centers.
Engaging the work community in change
We were asked to help with crystallizing the key messages of the new strategy and create strategy communications material for Telia Inmics-Nebula. It was important to articulate a coherent strategy story to support employee engagement in the shared change journey. The strategy communications toolkit also includef a traditional employee magazine. We were responsible for the magazine's editorial and production process.
Supporting communications in a financial organization
Our consultant worked for one year in a financial company, supporting the communications manager in daily communications. Her tasks included preparing communications plans, writing, editing, and translating articles, updating internal and external websites, as well as communicating system changes. As a separate project, she was responsible for the communications of a hackathon event.
